St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group Awarded Top Honors in California

The medical group, which is associated with St. Joseph Hospital in Orange, was recognized for high performance on important health care quality measures, including preventive care and chronic health care management, patient satisfaction, and use of information technology to support patient management and care.

SJHMG was among 228 physician groups participating in IHA’s Pay for Performance program (P4P).
