Choice Medical Group was founded in 1990 by a group of primary and specialty care physicians. This Independent Physicians Association (IPA) has been serving the High Desert Community fir over 17 years and covers Apple Valley, Victorville, Hesperia, Oak Hills, Phelan, Barstow, Adelanto and surrounding vicinities. Their mission is to provide comprehensive and quality medical services with an emphasis on preventative healthcare.
