out-of-compliant patients by creating
and managing letters, phone lists
and email communications.

Our HCC Module applies built-in
algorithms to identify patients
who have possibly been
inaccurately coded. This allows
physician organizations to focus
their efforts towards auditing
records that require code
corrections or contacting patients
in need of additional services.
